<p>An inflatable bed comprising an improved air pump unit is provided to inflate a mattress to a high speed and accurately increase air pressure inside the mattress to a desired pressure. An inflatable bed comprises a bedstead assembly, a mattress assembly, and an electric air pump unit(2). The mattress assembly has one or more air chambers. The electric air pump unit is connected to the bedstead assembly. The electric air pump unit includes a centrifugal pump unit(21), a first control valve(25), and a diaphragm pump unit(22). The centrifugal pump unit is fluid communicated with the air chambers of the mattress assembly to inflate the air chambers. The first control valve controls a fluid flow between the centrifugal pump unit and air chambers. The diaphragm pump unit is fluid communicated with the air chambers to inflate the air chambers. The electric air pump unit additionally includes a housing(20), a first transfer chamber(23), a second transfer chamber(24), a second control valve(26), a controller, a pressure sensor(27), and a sensor-connecting conduit(28).</p> |
