<p>The present invention relates to a lens having a structure capable of suppressing the generation of a flare phenomenon while allowing the lens to be self-aligned, and to a lens module. The lens according to the present invention comprises: a first surface where a first coupling unit having a stepped-shape cross section is formed; and a second surface where a second coupling unit having an inclined angle to an optical axis.
