<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect abnormalities from a screen including a changing image and immediately deal with them. <P>SOLUTION: A screen transfer device comprises a frame buffer 120 for holding screen information and a screen information transmission section 142 for transmitting the screen information held by the frame buffer 120 via a telecommunication network.
