The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fishing rod capable of preventing the delamination of a UV-curable resin layer from an external surface of the fishing rod with various curvatures. The fishing rod of the present invention comprises a rod with an external diameter of 25 mm or less, and a UV-curable resin layer (30B) laminated on a surface of a base substrate (20) of the rod with a flexible resin layer (30A) interposed therebetween. In cases of rods (B, B′, B′′) with external diameters of 10 mm to 25 mm inclusive, the thickness of the flexible resin layer (30A) applied to the rods (B, B′, B′′) is set to 8 μm or more but less than 15 μm. In cases of rods (A, A′′) with external diameters of less than 10 mm, the thickness of the flexible resin layer (30A) applied to the rods (A, A′′) is set to 15 μm or more but less than 20 μm. |
