The present invention relates to a water-soluble sodium silicate composition by which dementia (Alzheimer′s) can be prevented and alleviated. The water-soluble sodium silicate composition according to the present invention comprises 70-85 wt% of concentrated silicate dioxide (SiO2); 8-12 wt% of anhydrous sodium carbonate (soda ash); 3-7 wt% of tribasic sodium phosphate; 2-6 wt% of sodium pyrophosphate; and 2-5 wt% of sodium metaphosphate.
