<p>The present invention relates to a food treatment apparatus provided with means for guiding foreign matter separation in a case where foreign matter is stuck in each component unit performing rotation-based food treatment and means for removing solid matter (B) in a case where the solid matter is generated as a material generated while food wastes become hardened due to the characteristics of the food wastes being dried so that the operation efficiency of the food treatment apparatus can be maintained at an optimum level. The present invention includes a crush unit (200) that crushes food waste by using a forward direction rotational driving force transmitted from a crush side forward/reverse rotation motor (250); a crush side rotation speed detection unit that generates crush side motor rotation speed data by detecting the rotation speed of the crush side forward/reverse rotation motor (250); and a control substrate that compares the crush side motor rotation speed data input from the crush side rotation speed detection unit to reference crush shaft motor rotation speed data and controls the direction of rotation of the crush side forward/reverse rotation motor (250) to be driven to become forward/reverse direction rotation for rotation based on repetition of forward and reverse directions or reverse direction rotation when the rotation speed corresponding to the crush side motor rotation speed data is less than the rotation speed corresponding to the reference crush shaft motor rotation speed data.</p> |
