<p>The present invention relates to a contention window distribution system for fairness uplink and downlink in an IEEE 802.11 WLAN. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention includes an access point and an access station which transmit a data frame within a corresponding time by selecting an arbitrary slot within a contention window, and a contention window setting unit which controls the contention window size in consideration of the packet error ratio for a channel.</p> |
