PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve precision of detection of an irradiation point in an irradiation device.SOLUTION: In an image projection system, an image projection device includes: a drive control section which performs control to transmit light through filters of a plurality of colors in a time unit in response to image data when the image data is projected and generates light corresponding to the image data in a desired tone; a setting section for setting the color of a light point image of a light point device which generates a light point in the vicinity of a projection face; and a synchronization signal output section for transmitting a synchronization signal which designates a period when light of the color that is the nearest to the color of the light point image, which is set in the filters of the plurality of colors, is not projected as timing for photographing the image data to an information processor. The information processor includes a photographing control section for photographing the projected image data in accordance with timing designated in the synchronization signal.
