<p>The present invention relates to a continuous welded rail repairing method using a prestress method composed of (a) a step of separating a coupling device after cutting a part of a continuous welded rail previously installed to remove the coupling device; (b) a step of seating a new rail shorter than the cut part of the rail on a sleeper of the cut part of the rail and coupling the new rail by using the coupling device; (c) a step of heating the new rail to make both ends of the new rail adhere to the ends of the connected continuous welded rail respectively and connecting the adhered ends by welding; and (d) a step of a removing a welding bead on the welded portion. The present invention enables the maintenance of the continuous welded rail at a low cost as frequent resetting of the continuous welded rail is not necessary, prevents accidents such as rail buckling and a train rollover by installing the prestress rail in a specific maintenance section to distribute stress due to the thermal expansion of the rail, and obtains the continuous welded rail having a high quality.</p> |
