<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a power supply of a control part from being influenced by variation in the voltage of a power storage module.SOLUTION: A power storage apparatus includes a power storage element connected between first and second common power supply lines and capable of generating a common power supply voltage almost equal to a unit voltage of a plurality of cell parts within a range not exceeding voltage resistance of a second switching element and a control part for individually controlling switching operation of the first and second switching elements. In one of first and second periods which are continued, the first switching element connected to the first cell part with the highest voltage out of the plurality of cell parts is turned on and the second switching element connected to the second cell part with the lowest voltage is turned on, and in the other period of the continued first and second periods, the second switching element connected to the first cell part is turned on and the first switching element connected to the second cell part is turned on.</p> |
