Disclosed are a high-strength hot-rolled plated steel sheet capable of suppressing the occurrence of material deterioration at the time of plating while having high strength, and a method for manufacturing the same. The high-strength hot-rolled plated steel sheet according to the present invention comprises: a hot-rolled steel sheet base material composed of, in terms of wt%, 0.03-0.1% of C, no more than 0.06% of Si, 0.7-2.0% of Mn, no more than 0.02% of P, no more than 0.01% of S, 0.1-0.5% of at least one precipitate forming element, 0.3-1.0% of Al, 0.1-0.5% of Mo, and the residual water, and unavoidable impurities; and a plated layer formed on a surface of the hot-rolled steel sheet base material. |
