The present invention relates to an optical inter-connection module in which relative positions of optical elements are passively aligned. The optical inter-connection module comprises a substrate having a first optical element providing a movement path of light; an optical module inserted into an end of the substrate with respect to the movement path of the light so as to be coupled to the substrate and disposed in the movement path of light; a plurality of first alignment pockets formed to have a predetermined position relation with respect to the first optical element on one surface of the substrate; and a plurality of first curved surface contact members formed to have a predetermined position relation with respect to the second optical element in the optical module and disposed to be in contact with the first alignment pockets so as to be engaged therewith.
