MANUFACTURING METHOD OF EPOXY MODIFIED ASPHALT MIXTURE USING EPOXY MODIFIED ASPHALT BINDER AND PAVING METHOD THEREBY

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of epoxy modified asphalt mixture is provided to reduce energy consumption and the discharging of harmful gas by manufacturing and installing the epoxy modified asphalt mixture at 100-120°C. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of asphalt mixture comprises: a step(S100) of heating an epoxy resin(80~120°C) and an epoxy hardener(120°C); a transferring injection step(S200) for stirring the epoxy resin and the asphalt; a first stirring step(S300) molding an epoxy modified asphalt binder by mixing the epoxy resin and the asphalt; and a second stirring step(S400) forming epoxy modified asphalt mixture by inserting and mixing with pressurizing the epoxy modified asphalt binder and a heated aggregate(125°C) into plant.
