The present invention relates to an air conditioning system for automotive vehicles. The present invention is configured to enable to prevent excessive outside air inflow when a vehicle breaks off and the sudden temperature change in the interior of the vehicle by opening an outside air entry for the ventilation of the interior of the vehicle when the vehicle breaks off and by possessively controlling the opening degree of the outside air entry according to a condition of the interior and exterior of the vehicle. The air conditioning system for automotive vehicles in order to achieve the purpose comprises an intake door which rotates between the outside air entry and inside air entry to control the opening degree of the outside air entry and the inside air entry; and a control unit which controls the intake door in order to open the outside air entry when the vehicle breaks off and which controls the open angle of the intake door according to whether or not a passenger gets on board in order to control the opening degree of the outside air entry differently.
