A multilayer plate-type urea mixing apparatus according to the present invention includes a housing that has an inner flow path so that exhaust gas discharged from an engine can pass, has an exhaust gas inlet on a tip side, and has an SDPF mounting portion on a rear end side; a urea injection nozzle that injects a urea aqueous solution to a part of the inner flow path of the housing between the exhaust gas inlet and the SDPF mounting portion; and a urea distribution unit that is configured to include an outside pipe mounted on the inner surface of the housing and a plurality of distribution plates arranged vertically apart from each other and coupled with the inside of the outside pipe, is mounted at a part of the inner flow path of the housing between the place where the urea injection nozzle is mounted and the SDPF mounting portion, and distributes the urea aqueous solution injected by the urea injection nozzle to each area of the inner flow path of the housing.
