The present invention relates to a self-sufficiency water device, which can store water in an underground aquifer wherein the water is sterilized and purified in an aboveground facility for producing sterilized drinking water and to re-use the sterilized and purified water over the ground, and to a method thereof, which enables water for living and drinking water to be stored in the aboveground facility while using the underground aquifer as a natural water storage room, thereby reducing storage cost of storing water over the ground. In addition, the device of the present invention can transfer contaminated water from the underground aquifer to the over the ground and accordingly stores only purified water in the underground aquifer wherein the water is purified in the facility for producing sterilized drinking water, in other words, repeatedly moving between the underground aquifer and the facility for producing sterilized drinking water and thus restoring underground water contaminated in the underground aquifer. |
