<p>The present invention relates to a method for promoting development of an embryo by using endometrium-derived methenchymal stem cells (EnMSCs), and more specifically, to a method for improving an implantation rate and a production rate of the litter size by using a composition which contains endometrium-derived methenchymal stem cells as active ingredients when culturing fertilized eggs in vitro, supplying nutrition of an environment which is similar with the womb, and promoting development of an embryo through the same. According to the present invention, the embryo of good quality having higher implantation rate and production rate of the litter size than a traditional co-culturing system can be easily obtained, thereby being useful for biology and infertility treatment fields.</p> |
