The present invention relates to a method and a device to detect interference signal control information from a wireless communication system. The method to detect interference signal control information from a wireless communication system includes an obtaining step of obtaining a first control information part and a second control information part about other users from a receiving signal; a generating step of generating candidate first control information corresponding to a bit length of the first control information part; a decoding step of blind-decoding first control information based on the generated candidate first control information; and a removing step of detecting and removing an interference signal about other users from the receiving signal based on the blind-decoded first control information.
