PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a needle-like body, by which releasing is easy when releasing a mold from a needle-like body original plate and releasing the needle-like body from the mold.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a needle-like body 101 is characterized in that, by using a needle-like body original plate 211 having a functional layer 107, the needle-like body 101 whose surface has the functional layer is fabricated. The functional layer 107 acts as a releasing layer for the needle-like body original plate 211 and a mold 201, and the mold and the needle-like body. Specifically, the method includes: a step of forming the functional layer 107 on the needle-like original plate 211 having a needle-like part on a substrate thereof; a step of applying a mold material 202 on the needle-like part on which the functional layer 107 is formed, and releasing the mold material to form the mold 201 whose surface has the functional layer 107 transferred thereto; and a step of applying a needle-like body material on the mold 201 on which the functional layer 107 is formed, and releasing the mold to fabricate the needle-like body 101 whose surface has the functional layer 107 transferred thereto. |
