The present invention relates to a device for flattening transferred coal in a coal drying apparatus and, more specifically, to a device for flattening transferred coal, which has improved drying efficiency by uniformly dispersing coal put into a multistage dryer from a grinder in the multistage dryer drying coal by using a reheating steam. The device for flattening transferred coal in a coal drying apparatus comprises a column-shaped body; a dividing protrusion dividing the center of coal stack put on the surface into left and right to disperse; a dispersing protrusion including an incline of a certain slope; and a pair of fixing member. The device for flattening transferred coal flattens the coal stack transferred on the surface facing the upper part of a first transfer plate and a second transfer plate for reheating steam sprayed by passing through the first transfer plate and the second transfer plate to uniformly contact with the surface of coal particles.
