PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring device which reduces the costs for installing wiring for electric power supply in a building, and to provide a wiring system.SOLUTION: A first outlet device 10 supplies electric power input from commercial power supply to an air conditioner 6. The air conditioner 6 includes: an inverter circuit 6b which receives electric power supply and drives a load 6c; a thermoelectric conversion part 6d which converts waste heat generated during the operation of the inverter circuit 6b into electric energy; and a battery 6e which stores electric power generated by the thermoelectric conversion part 6d. The air conditioner 6 outputs the electric power stored in the battery 6e to the exterior. A second outlet device 20 includes: a first connection part 22 for inputting the electric power stored in the battery 6e from the air conditioner 6 connected with the first outlet device 10; and a second connection part 24 for outputting the electric power input from the first connection part 22 to a radio terminal 4. A frame member 30 holds the first outlet device 10 and the second outlet device 20 and is fixed to a wall material 100. |
