PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit drinking water from having an odor of a resin.SOLUTION: A dispenser (7) includes: a drinking water container (2) in which drinking water is enclosed; a cold water tank (11) including a cooler (13); a casing (10) storing the cold water tank; a cold water discharge part (18A) which is provided at the casing and extends from the cold water tank; and a sterilization treatment part which supplies hot water to the cold water tank to sterilize. The cold water tank includes: a box body (12B); and a lid part (12A) which closes the box body. An opening part is formed in the lid part. The cold water tank includes a hollow needle (4) which communicates with the opening part of the lid part and is connected with the drinking water container at its chip. At least the hollow needle and the lid part are formed by metal.
