PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base plate positioning system capable of easily adjusting a position of a base plate and capable of preventing a deterioration in quality of a base-isolated foundation.SOLUTION: A base plate positioning system 50 positions a downside base plate 20 being driven into a base-isolated foundation 1. The base plate positioning system 50 includes a stringer 51 for supporting the base plate 20 from above, and a pair of support devices 52 that are arranged on a floor surface of a foundation 2 on the outside of the base-isolated foundation 1 and supports both ends of the stringer 51. The support devices 52 horizontally positions the stringer 51 and adjusts its height from the floor surface.
