PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: Access does not have a function to simply set use restriction; if security function setting mounted on an MDB is used, a password must be input whenever the MDB is used or operated (for example, code modification); and therefore the use of it is troublesome.SOLUTION: An external program of the invention gives a use restriction function to a created MDB itself, and security related to unauthorized modification and unauthorized leakage of an MDB program and the like is performed by display or non-display restriction of a database window. Consequently, the unauthorized use of the MDB and the unauthorized modification and unauthorized leakage of the MDB program and the like cannot be possible. |
