<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die plate for extrusion molding, through which a smooth edge-formed inner liner for tires can be extruded/molded stably in a short time without generating return rubber, and to provide an extrusion molding device including the die plate for extrusion molding.SOLUTION: The die plate for extrusion molding is assembled in an extrusion head of the extrusion molding device for extruding/molding the inner liner for tires and a rubber composition is made to pass through a rubber flow passage corresponding to a cross-sectional shape of the inner liner to extrude/mold the inner liner. A rubber retention part is formed in the rubber inflow side vicinity of the edge portion on both sides of the rubber flow passage in the width direction and a hollow having an almost semi-spherical shape or an almost semi-elliptical shape is formed by R processing so that the rubber retention part is not perforated into the rubber outflow side.</p> |
