摘要 FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method for determination of part position in process of assembly. A part 1 is gripped with the help of a clamping cartridge 2 in the gripping position, which is recorded as the position A of the start of count during measurement. Beams 3 and 4 of light from a laser or an optic sensor are blocked in direction crossing the part in the blocking position. By means of a measurement unit they measure position deviation of the part in the blocking position in inclined direction relative to the clamping cartridge. The value H of deviation is produced by comparison of the measured value with the registered position A of count start during measurement. The value h of measurement correction is produced for the position C of the master end of the part on the basis of the ratio of similarity between a virtual triangle produced by setting the value of deviation as one side and the position A of count start as one point, and a virtual triangle passing via positions B and B' of blocking and the master end of the part. The value ?z of position deviation of the master end of the part is produced by adding the value H of deviation and the value h of measurement correction.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to accurately recognise position of the master end of the part, even when the clamping cartridge grips a part with inclination.2 cl, 4 dwg
