Provided is a touch panel such that, while achieving reduced size and weight using a multilayer resin substrate, warping arising from different coefficients of linear expansion for each resin layer is reduced. A capacitive touch panel (1) whereupon the present invention is applied comprises: a transparent resin substrate (2); a transparent resin layer (3) which is formed on the obverse face of the transparent resin substrate (2); a decorative printed layer (5) which is formed in the outer edge part of the reverse face of the transparent resin substrate (2); a warping prevention layer (6) which is formed to cover the reverse face of the transparent resin substrate (2) and the decorative printed layer (5); and a transparent film (10) further comprising a second transparent electrode layer (7b) and bonded via an adhesive layer (9) to a first transparent electrode layer (7a) and the warping prevention layer (6). The coefficient of linear expansion of the transparent resin substrate is similar to the coefficient of linear expansion of the transparent film. |
