PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a street light capable of efficiently radiating light onto a region necessary to be illuminated, ensuring less leakage light, and preventing light pollution in the neighborhood.SOLUTION: A street light includes: a light source unit L in which a plurality of LED light sources, as light sources, are attached to a light source fixing plate; and a generally box-shaped reflection unit 20 that surrounds the light source unit L and that includes reflection surfaces reflecting irradiation light from the light source unit L toward a road surface through an opening 20a. The light sources are a combination of backward light sources 14 and 16 and forward light source 15. An optical axis of each of the backward light sources 14 and 16 is radiated on a rear reflection surface Q attached to a rear portion of the reflection unit 20 and reflected forward, and an amount of irradiation light of each of the backward light sources 14 and 16 is set larger than an amount of irradiation light of the forward light source 15. |
