PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counter reception system capable of monitoring a counter and its surroundings in a way that customers do not feel discomfort.SOLUTION: A counter reception system comprises: a reception operation part for receiving a customer's reception operation; a ticketing part for ticketing a reception ticket on which a reception number is printed in response to the reception operation received by the reception operation part; switching operation parts 16A and 16B which, installed in counters 31A and 31B, receives a switching operation by receptionists A and B; and a reception number display device 21 which, installed in the counters 31A and 31B, displays the reception number in response to the switching operation received by the switching operation part 21. The reception number display device 21, which includes imaging means 45A and 45B, comprises data storage means for storing imaging data imaged by the imaging means 45A and 45B and reproduction display means for reproducing and displaying the imaging data stored in the data storage means. |
