<p>A liquid crystal display device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a thin film transistor display plate, a counterpart display plate facing the thin film transistor display plate, a liquid crystal layer which is formed between the thin film transistor display plate and the counterpart display plate, and a pixel electrode which is located on the thin film transistor display plate and includes a first sub pixel electrode and a second sub pixel electrode. The first and second sub pixel electrodes are divided into a plurality of sub regions limited by a plurality of domain division units to control the incline direction of a liquid crystal molecule at each liquid crystal layer variously. In the vertically adjacent pixel electrode, a direction controlled in at least two sub regions of the second sub pixel electrode of a top pixel electrode crosses a direction controlled in at least two sub regions of the first sub pixel electrode of a bottom pixel electrode.</p> |
