The present disclosure relates to stomach cancer diagnosis using tryptophan metabolism rate in one aspect, and it relates to an invention using change of tryptophan metabolism rate in a stomach cancer patient, which is different from a normal person.

1. A method for diagnosing stomach cancer, comprising:
measuring concentrations of tryptophan, anthranilic acid, serotonin, kynurenine, indole sulfate, nicotinic acid and nicotinamide in blood collected from an evaluation subject; and diagnosing to have stomach cancer possibility in the case that blood concentration of at least one selected from the group consisting of tryptophan, anthranilic acid, serotonin, kynurenine and indole sulfate is lower than that of blood concentration of a normal person, or in the case that blood concentration of at least one selected from the group consisting of nicotinic acid and nicotinamide is higher than that of blood concentration of a normal person.
