<p>Disclosed are a pressure pipe formed by the hot filament winding of composite winding strips and a filament winding method. The pressure pipe is formed by conducing superposition winding in sequence on at least three layers of composite winding strips from the inside to the outside. In the process of winding each layer of composite winding strip, the composite winding strips are heated to a hot melt state, and then form a tubular shape by means of filament winding; and the side edges of the composite winding strips are mutually overlapped in the winding process, and are fused into one after cooling. Each of the composite winding strips comprises a thermoplastic base material (11) and a fibre strip (12) which is compounded in the base material (11), wherein the extension directions of the fibre strips (12) of the three layers of composite winding strips are mutually staggered, thereby forming a shape like a Chinese character "✳". By means of multilayer superposition winding, the present invention can enhance the multidirection arrangement structure of fibre filaments, the fibre filaments and the base material are combined but not layered, so that a pipe can bear a larger pressure, and it is suitable for manufacturing pipes having a larger diameter (such as DN 300 - 3500 mm).</p> |
