PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical preparation for injection usable for drug delivery which do not require the use of an organic solvent or to form nano- and micro-particles prior to injection.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical preparation for injection includes a mixture of a drug with alkyl-substituted polylactide obtained by ring opening polymerization of alkyl-substituted 1,4-dioxane-2,5-diones.
