<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loop type heat pipe capable of stably circulating working fluid in a fixed direction and a technology for manufacturing the loop type heat pipe. <P>SOLUTION: As an evaporator 2 absorbing heat of a heating element H, a first metallic pipe 21 with low thermal conductivity is disposed on an inflow side, and a second metallic pipe 22 with high thermal conductivity is disposed on an outflow side.
