<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize vibration correction of high accuracy using angular velocity detection means and acceleration detection means. <P>SOLUTION: A vibration proof control device has an angular velocity meter 107p and acceleration meters 107a and 107b as vibration detection means. A lens CPU 108 performs vibration correction of an optical system based on acceleration detection signals and an angular velocity detection signal. The angular velocity meter and the acceleration meters detect angular vibration as well as parallel vibration in advance of imaging. An initial attitude calculation section 311 detects an attitude of the vibration proof control device based on the acceleration detection signals. A gravitation removal section 312 removes a variation component of gravitational acceleration superimposed on the acceleration detection signals based on information on the attitude detected by the initial attitude calculation section 311 and the angular velocity detection signal. A comparison section 308 calculates a radius of rotation of vibration applied to the optical system by comparing the acceleration detection signals with the angular velocity detection signal. An output correction section 309 obtains a vibration displacement at a principal point position of the optical system based on the calculated radius of rotation and output of angular vibration, and drives a vibration correction section 106 through a drive section 109. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
