<p>An organic light emitting display panel includes thin film transistors which are formed on a substrate; an interlayer dielectric layer which is arranged on the thin film transistors and partially exposes the electrodes of the thin film transistors; first electrodes which are arranged on a part of the interlayer dielectric layer and are electrically connected to the thin film transistors; metal wires which are arranged on a part of the interlayer dielectric layer; a pixel defining layer which is arranged on a part of the first electrodes and the interlayer dielectric layer, defines a pixel region by exposing a part of the first electrodes, and defines the exposure region of the interlayer dielectric layer by exposing the part of the interlayer dielectric layer; organic light emitting structures which are arranged on the first electrodes of the pixel region; a second electrode which is arranged on the organic light emitting structures; and a spacer which is arranged on the upper side of the pixel defining layer.</p> |
