The present application provides: a kit including at least one detection reagent from cellular aspartate amino transferase (cAST) and mitochondrial aspartate amino transferase (mAST) as biological reagents for diagnosing or monitoring liver diseases; a method; and an antibody used for detecting the same. According to the present invention, when the method is used, diagnosis and prognosis of liver diseases can be more accurately performed with high sensitivity by measuring the amount of cAST and mAST existing in a biological sample, particularly a blood sample. |
