PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which has excellent watertightness and scalping properties and is suitable for forming an unbreakable watertight material even when tension is concentrated.SOLUTION: A resin composition for watertight material includes components (A)-(D), wherein the content of the component (B) is 5-20 pts.mass when the content of the component (A) is 100 pts.mass: (A) an ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer resin with the proportion of the structural unit derived from ethyl acrylate being 20 mass% or more and the melt mass flow rate being 15 g/10 min or more; (B) a linear low density polyethylene and/or high-density polyethylene; (C) a crosslinking agent; and (D) a coagent. |
