<p>Disclosed is a single shoe-type parking brake. The single shoe-type parking brake according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a single-structured shoe having a pad on the outside thereof, and shaped into a circle partially cut; and a wheel cylinder having tappets with mounting grooves in which both ends of the shoe are mounted to be able to vertically move in predetermined ranges when a brake force is generated, and pressing the ends of the shoe to be expanded in both directions, wherein the tappets have stoppers limiting the movement ranges of the ends mounted in the mounting grooves. Therefore, according to the present invention, concentrated torque generated in the shoe can be distributed to prevent damage to the shoe and to prevent the shoe from being stuck to a brake drum or the tappets.</p> |
