The present invention relates to a non-aqueous electrolyte solution and a lithium secondary battery comprising the same and in particular, to a non-aqueous electrolyte solution comprising a specific acrylate-based compound, a cyclic siloxane-based compound, an organic solvent, and electrolyte salt; and a lithium secondary battery comprising the same. The non-aqueous electrolyte solution according to the present invention improves the long-term performance of a battery by forming a film with excellent electroconductivity on an electrode during the operation of the battery if applied to a lithium secondary battery because the aqueous electrolyte solution includes both of the acrylate-based compound and the cyclic siloxane-based compound.
