The present invention relates to a display device capable of improving transparency and definition. The display device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a substrate which includes a plurality of pixel regions which include a transparent region and a liquid crystal driving region, a thin film transistor which is formed on the substrate, a pixel electrode which is connected to the thin film transistor, a common electrode which is formed on the liquid crystal driving region to be separated from the pixel electrode with a fine space on the pixel electrode, a roof layer which is formed on the common electrode, an inlet which is formed on the roof layer and the common electrode to expose a part of the fine space, a liquid crystal layer which fills the fine space, and a cover layer which is formed on the roof layer to cover the inlet and seals the fine space. The pixel electrode, the common electrode, the roof layer, and the liquid crystal layer are formed on the liquid crystal driving region. |
