<p>The present invention relates to a formation of a sawdust mushroom culture medium, which enables water used for growing mushrooms to penetrate the deep culture medium more quickly; is allowed to expand areas used for growing mushroom in the same space; and reduces the installation cost of an automatic water supplying device, and a method for watering the culture medium. In the culture medium and water supplying device of the present invention, provided are outstanding effects of absorbing water and reducing installation cost, labor cost, and an amount of energy and water used for watering, improving quality and quantity of mushrooms since regular watering is made.</p> |
