The present invention relates to a smell cut-off apparatus for a sink. The smell cut-off apparatus for the sink comprises: a cap (24) combined and fixed on the upper portion of a body (16); and a drain-trap (26) coming into contact with a support pipe (22) of the cap (24), being maintained to be closed by an elastic piece (44) as composed of soft materials such as vinyl, a water-repellent cloth, or the like. As the smell cut-off apparatus is comprised to be used, being connected between up-and-down drain hoses (52) formed in the sink (46) through connecting pipes (14, 20) between the body (16) and the cap (24), the cut-off apparatus is easily installed in a conventional sink (36). Moreover, the smell cut-off apparatus enables drainage to be smoothly performed and completely blocks bed smell and various sorts of noxious insects. |
