A parked-state releasing device of the present invention includes an MOC (Motor-On-Caliper) device applying a braking force when parking a vehicle; a parked-state release operating unit enabling a driver to instruct an emergency parked-state release; an MOC power switch switching a power supply to the MOC device; a relay physically moving a contact point of the MOC power switch; and a timer/operating unit operating a relay after counting predetermined delayed time at the timing of operating the parked-state release operating unit. The present invention can obtain an effect of releasing the parked state of the vehicle stably even in an emergency situation and/or an effect of preventing malfunctions due to errors while releasing the parked state of the vehicle stably even in an emergency situation. |
