FIELD: physics, video.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a receiving device and a video camera system for video transmission. The technical result is achieved by the fact that a transmitting device includes: a coding unit that converts an input video signal into coded data and sends it into a transmission line, and a unit of synchronisation signal generation, which generates a SYNC synchronisation signal for tuning of a phase of the input video signal on the basis of phase information transmitted along the transmission line, where phase information PHS includes information that indicates that timing of the synchronisation signal generated by the unit of synchronisation signal generation must be shifted forward by time necessary for transmission, at the same time the unit of synchronisation signal generation generates a SYNC synchronisation signal so that the input video signal is shifted forward by the time required for transmission.EFFECT: provision of a receiving device and a video camera system that adapt to jitter of transmission delay in an asynchronous transmission line and get produced video synchronised with an input synchronisation signal.13 cl, 15 dwg |
