<p>According to the invention, the ski or hiking pole is provided with a handle (6) comprising a handle base (60), a tubular handle body (61) and an intermediate spring (62). The handle body (61) is slidably mounted on the handle base (60), and the spring (62) is functionally engaged between the handle base (60) and the handle body (61). An adjustable stop (63) limits the travel of the handle body (61). It is thereby possible to limit the effect of the shocks which occur when applying the pole to the ground.</p> |
