<p>An automatic detection device for the electronic control module of a decommissioned automobile body, the detection device comprising a pneumatic double-thimble fixture stand (9), a high-powered highly effective bridge-type output analog load (2), a hardware-in-the-loop simulation system (11), a signal conditioning box (8), an Agilent power supply (7), a direct-current power supply routing module (4) and an air pressure drive device (5); the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system (11) simulates each control signal of an automobile body, and transmits the control signal conditioned by a signal conditioning module to the electronic control module of the tested decommissioned automobile; the high-powered highly effective bridge-type output analog load (2) generates a load signal to be transmitted to the electronic control module of the tested decommissioned automobile via the pneumatic double-thimble fixture stand (9); and the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system (11) records in real time the load response signal of the electronic control module of the tested decommissioned automobile body, and compares the response signal with a standard value stored in the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system so as to determine whether the electronic control module of the tested decommissioned automobile body is up to standard. The present invention has high efficiency and low detection cost, is environmentally friendly, and is suitable for batch testing of the electronic control modules of decommissioned automobile bodies.</p> |
