PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind energy conversion system which reduces generation of noises by a blade having a simple structure or generates predetermined sounds, and which generates a relatively great turning force even during low-speed rotation.SOLUTION: A wind energy conversion system 90 having a plurality of blades 10 is characterized as follows: a plurality of expansion bodies 15 are installed in predetermined positions within the blade 10; and the expansion body 15 is filled with a fluid so that a plurality of protrusions 10a can be formed on a surface of the blade 10. |
