<p>Provided is a mechanical normal-temperature forming device for corrugated paper, comprising a support roller (1), an upper corrugated roller (2) and a lower corrugated roller (3), wherein the upper corrugated roller (2) is provided between the support roller (1) and the lower corrugated roller (3), and an upper end of the upper corrugated roller (2) meshes with the support roller (1), and a lower end thereof meshes with the lower corrugated roller (3); the diameter of the lower corrugated roller (3) is five times greater than that of the upper corrugated roller (2), and the diameter of the support roller (1) is greater than that of the upper corrugated roller (2) and less than that of the lower corrugated roller (3). When the device is used for manufacturing corrugated paper, meshed faces of two corrugated rollers meshing with each other are short, effectively reducing friction between the corrugated rollers and the corrugated paper, and thereby achieving high-speed forming of the corrugated paper without heating.</p> |
