PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a packet unsuitable for measurement at an observation point between terminals.SOLUTION: A packet analyzer 1 acquires a packet in communication between a terminal 3 and terminal 4 at any point of a network between the terminal 3 and terminal 4. The packet analyzer 1 identifies a packet generating a larger interval of intervals between acquisition timings, on the basis of: acquisition timings of a plurality of packets corresponding to data transmitted from the terminal 3 to the terminal 4, acquired in a period from acquisition of a first ACK transmitted from the terminal 4 to the terminal 3 to acquisition of a second ACK which is an ACK next to the first ACK; and intervals between acquisition timings of two packets adjacent to each other.
